After being a loyal patient here for over 5 years and always paying on time, my experience completely deteriorated. Their equipment is outdated. For several months, their water scaler leaked and sprayed water over me during visits, which they took forever to fix. Their hypocrisy on scheduling is equally frustrating: they charge late fees if you are late, yet think nothing of making you wait 45 minutes past your weekday appointment, only to randomly cancel procedures because they mismanaged their time. The absolute worst part is their pathetic, atrocious nightmare of a billing department, which has demonstrated a consistent level of incompetence rather than just one-off mistakes. They maintain a running balance that never clears, and over 5 years, every single discrepancy turned out to be their error. Every time I asked basic questions about which claims were paid versus pending, they couldn't answer, forcing me to audit years of billing history myself. When I tried to close my account, it took 1.5 years of stress over a $30 balance. My bank issued the check, but they failed to deposit it, ignored my phone calls where they promised to look into it, and instead sent aggressive colle

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was open, listened to my concerns, and made me feel heard. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The service was only basic cleaning, but the charges were very high when billed through insurance. Please be aware that X-ray costs are extra and may come out of your own pocket. The billing department and the dentist who treated me provided very poor service and were not respectful.

I am incredibly happy with the results of my recent dental crown procedure at BelRed Dentists. I had a severely damaged back teeth on both sides that needed to be removed by an oral surgeon. Afterward, I had gaps that made chewing difficult and caused me to be self-consciousness. After my consultation, the dentist recommended crowns and caps for both sides. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Both Dr. Praka Sahi and Dr Butler and their teams were fantastic. The results are amazing. The crowns feel completely natural, just like my other teeth and my ability to chew is greatly improved. I smile more today! Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Dr.Sahi & team. They made my new dentures the process was smooth👍 Highly recommend this office. I was always afraid of pain going to dentist but they are so gentle and kind. I was very happy with my new dentures.
